Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Kitty Gaming mobile application ("the app", "we", "us") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Kitty Gaming offers card games (Kitty, Call Break, Teen Patti, 28 Cards) played with virtual coins only. The coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be purchased with or exchanged for real money, and the app does not offer real-money gambling.

Information we collect

Account information. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider. If you play as a guest, an anonymous account identifier is created for you. Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication (a Google service).
Profile and gameplay data. Your display name, avatar, virtual-coin balance, experience points, level, game history and statistics, referral code, and — during online matches — your moves, room codes, and connection status. Your display name and avatar are visible to other players in the same game room and on leaderboards.
Device and advertising data. The app shows ads through Google AdMob, which may collect your device's advertising ID and related device information to serve and measure ads. See Google's advertising policies.
Notifications. A push-notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) if notifications are enabled, and locally scheduled daily reminders.
Photos. Only if you choose a custom avatar, the single image you pick via your device's photo picker. We never browse your photo library.

How we use your information

To create and operate your account and save your game progress.
To run real-time online multiplayer matches and leaderboards.
To show ads that support the free app (via Google AdMob).
To send optional notifications such as daily rewards reminders.
To prevent cheating and abuse and keep games fair (game actions are validated on our servers).
To provide customer support.

Where your data is stored and who it is shared with

Your data is stored in Google Firebase services (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions) and protected in transit with TLS encryption. We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers required to run the app:

Google Firebase — accounts, game data, notifications
Google AdMob — advertising
Google Sign-In and Facebook Login — only if you choose them to sign in

Data retention and deletion

Your account data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time — see our account deletion page or email us. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Match records in active game rooms are automatically removed after the room expires.

Children

Kitty Gaming is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. The app contains simulated card gameplay with virtual currency and is intended for adult audiences. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
